Every one of our service technicians is a full-time career High Tech Office Systems employee, fully factory-trained to service High Tech’s equipment.

Why is it better to get my supplies from High Tech Office Systems instead of an office supply store?
High Tech Office Systems offers guaranteed manufacturer's supplies made specifically for your equipment. We have a rapid turnover in inventory so the supplies are always fresh. We guarantee replacement should any quality problems result.

Do you offer product training, and if so what type?
Our dedicated professional personnel will work with your staff on both the equipment and network aspect once the product has been delivered and installed. Repeat visits are offered should the need arise.

What financial programs are available to acquire equipment in addition to purchasing?
With High Tech Office Systems, full programs covering leasing, cost-per-copy, and long and short-term rental are available. All of these options are provided directly and indirectly by us. It works to your advantage when the company that provides the equipment and service also provides the financial arrangements.

What if our needs change during the term of the lease, rental, or cost-per-copy program?
As your needs change, we will work with you, your associates, and your IS staff to upgrade your equipment so it will have the flexibility to grow and expand along with your business.

What if I have repeated problems with the equipment during the course of the lease, rental, or cost-per-copy program?
If the equipment is under service contract with High Tech Office Systems and there are repeated problems that have not been resolved to your satisfaction, High Tech Office Systems will replace the equipment temporarily with like model until the problem is resolved, so that there is a minimum amount of down time.

What are paper weight equivalents?
What is the paper weight of Bond paper to; Index; Cover or Metric Weight (gsm)? Most copiers and printers settings will list paper tray capacities in gsm. But what is that compared to 110lb Index?
