Thank you HIGH TECH Office Systems! We appreciate your professional, knowledgeable, and cordial, office staff and technicians 100%. High Tech has been a part of Open Arms Behavioral Health for ten years. We are now Open Arms Behavioral Health and Freedom Ranch as we have added Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to our many counseling services. This past week we had a technician named Brian who came to assess a problem we were having with our LEXMARK printer. In a matter of minutes he resolved what needed to be done. He left to retrieve a part that would correct our problem and keep the print cartridge in pristine working condition. Brian returned within 10-15 minutes. He also replaced the print cartridge, as it had been compromised.
It would be tremendous to remember the names of all those technicians and office staff that have come to maintain our printer in excellent working order. However, we at Open Arms Behavioral Health and Freedom Ranch do remember the efficiency and professionalism of each one!
