High Tech Office Systems was founded in 1985. Since then, High Tech has installed thousands of copiers, printers and phone systems throughout Texhoma (southwest Oklahoma and north-central Texas). High Tech has become the leader in Office Automation.
In addition to offering Konica Minolta and Lexmark copier and printers equipment, we began offering business phones systems in 1987.  We offer Cloud, VOIP and On-premises business Phone systems.  Since 1994 we have supporter Document Content Management Systems.

Our vast knowledge in the four core products that we offer, (Copiers/printers, Facsimiles, Business phone systems, and Document Content Management), all complement one another. For example, a customer buys a multifunctional product from us. We can run both the computer network wiring and fax line to the system, interface the MFP with the computer network to authenticate, print, scan and email, fax through  the phone systems, and even interface it with Document Content Management to automatically archive scanned paper documents.

High Tech Office Systems has received many awards over the years in recognition for outstanding Service and Sales including the Konica Minolta Corporation’s “PRO-TECH” award for delivering the highest standards in service excellence and service response time.  Less than 8% of all Konica Minolta dealers are able to meet the strict criteria to be a “PRO-TECH” Dealer.
